The room was an innocent place, and Lillith felt at home here. Leeyn was a nice girl, if she was a little over the top and slightly unusual.
She turned her eyes backwards to make sure everyone had followed before she closed the door.
"All- well, most of us- have a reason to be here.." she started. She didn't know when she became the leader, but it almost felt as if everyone would disband if she didn't try to keep them together.
She felt bad for dragging Leeyn into this. The girl was an innocent, and she didn't deserve it. But there was no avoiding it. The chances of everyone being grouped together was really slim.
"I don't know why we're all like this; but we are. And we need to figure out how to deal with it.. what are we going to do?"

Clyde looked around, she had a real neat room. "First off, and probably the one that should be in all of your minds, is who are these people? I only know one, and just her name." He began to explain, "Since we're together, we have to trust each other and work as a team, in order to do that we have to know each other. So we should all tell everyone who we are, what all of our 'powers,' 'gifts,' or whatever the hell you feel like calling them."

The room was clean, and welcoming, a certain air of innocence was in the air, teh warth, the light. This was insane, here we are, the freaks, taking a perfectly good girl and putting her in harms way for our selves. Damnit, he thought to himself. He turned to Lillith, "Can I speak to you-" he paused, "In private".

Powers and gifts? Maura rolled slowly in her bed to face the faces. Noise. She hated noise. But she was wrapped in a soft blanket, blissfully hers only. No memory. Quiet. A quiet blanket. And now noise.
If she were a screamer, she would have screamed. The colours blinded her. But she didn't scream. She squinted, a little, and fumbled for her sunglasses, touching the desk inadvertantly (the same blood soaked screaming desk that she always brushed when she was nervous you'd think she'd learn you'd think she's avoid the desk soaked in the memory of that little chinese girl that little girl who cried on her sheets and bleed out on the keyboard and table), she fliched, and put her glasses on. She slept naked in that blanket, and Leeyn, a normally overly considerate roomie, had not known she was coming back early (a book had drained her a book on anatomy with the memory of many squeeling giggles and cheery faces looking at the pictures of the naken teenagers in thin lithograph and thin onion skin and hiding it and the longing and the sadness and the regret...). She sat up, pushed back into the corner so she could see them, filtered through the dark glass, and watch. Quiet.

Lillith frowned a bit. She already knew what it was. And they couldn't do anything about it...
Including Leeyn wasn't something they'd meant to do. There was nothing they could do about it.
"It's too late now." she whispered into his ear, leaning sideways a bit. "We had to involve her; nobody needs to know this meeting happened, but if we make a big deal out of it, a lot of things that we don't like can happen.."
She straightened, held out her hands. A small ball of water formed, shifting different shapes; first a star, than a teardrop, and finally a small dragon. She popped it outside the window.
"My name's Lillith. I'm a water user. I also get visions. Thats how I found most of you."

"Clyde," He started, clapping his hands together then pulling apart slowly, showing a shower of electricity, some going wildly off course and hitting the walls. One hit a girl that seemed to pop out of no where. Interesting. "And I'm curious about who she is." He said as his eyebrows climbed up with interest.

Maura flinched. That hurt but not as much as... Exhale. Too bright. She barely moved. Trying to quiet her thought. Trying. It was like a tingle. The electricity. "I'm sorry." She sounded elsewhere. A ventriloquist's dummy. "I should've let Leeyn..." Her voice drifted away. Her shoulder touched the wall (heads touching thumping and sweaty hands) and moved, quickly back, shifting the blanket between her skin and the world. "I can go back to sleep if you want..."

Max stepped backwards towards the door, he was shocked at what he saw. "Clyde, what the fuck man!?" he spat out quickly, "This is too far man! Too fuckin' far!" he quickly gilded across the room towards the girl with the sun glasses, what had he done now?

Lillith winced. Everyone was acting so violent...
"Settle down! The whole reason we came here was to decide how to solve this!"
She frowned a bit. "Clyde didn't hurt you, did he?" she asked the girl in the bed. She felt really bad now.. two people who shouldn't be involved were..

'Gay, he has to be gay to be so replused by a sight of a girl. She isn't even ugly! Clyde was screaming inside of his head, "You need to calm down, it was a complete accident. Lightning is wild and unpredictable, it was only chance that it hit the girl. It could have hit any of us, she's just unlucky I suppose." The boy was a moron, but he walked towards the girl and went eye level with her. "I'm sorry I hurt you, I didn't mean to, honest. Though I think you probably want to put some clothes on since you're just waking up and all, but on the count you're already awake and you know all about us; I think it would be easier for everyone if you just stayed with us and what not." Clyde gave her a friendly smile, hopeful to make her feel easier about what he had just done, besides, she really was not that bad looking. Maybe to a gay guy.

"No" Max detested, "This was a mistake, I shouldnt have come here" he spoke as he stood and started to back towards the door. "This ends here. Here and now." He turned to walk out the door.

Maura's face squinched. They were fighting. Who had Leeyn brought home now? "Please," Maura moved to the edge of her bed, careful to touch nothing with her bare skin, showing next to none, slipping with only a slight shudder into a pair of old-looking slippers beside the bed. She hugged the blanket about her. "I am fine." She surveyed them. "Blue," she looked at Lilith, "Yellow," she looked at Clyde. She smiled (he was shockingly attractive when you looked at him, which she tried not to do, for her father, he didn't like her to look at anyone else) then her face fell flat again. She looked at the back of Max, "Red," she listed. "You are all bright like Leeyn. Please, I'll just get my things and ... in my closet, I guess... slip on... clothes..." She gathered up some baggy clothing from the floor, her porceline skin touching only fabric. Never touch the floor. Touching the floor would make her scream.

"Max, please don't just leave now.." Lillith said quietly. "..we may not all get along, but you know we have a responsibility now.."
Her eyes lifted to the girl again. "We can leave so you can change." she said, not missing what she'd said. Interesting. Aura colours? She didn't know it well. She'd studied them for a while, but...

"You're more confusing than any other girl I know, and I don't even know your name." What about colors? Auras? Acid trip maybe? People saw weird things when they were on acid and some other drugs. Turning to Lillith he questioned her. "We just got here, were no one but us are, and we're leaving? Doesn't that make no sense, it would be easier to just stay here after all instead of prowling around in a large group. We would gather the teachers like honey to ants."

"Uh..." Maura looked at them as she moved into her closet and pulled the door... "stay... but... is Leeyn even with you?"
