(OOC: Well.. we had to get out of there somehow, we'd been working at it for a while) BIC:
Dyrza didn't stop walking until he was nearly a mile away from the womans shack. And he turned to Tain. "I decided to help those people. I didn't want to harm them, and that's what it would have came to if I didn't agree. It wasn't much to do so I agreed. The woman, the halfelf. She got hurt and a part of me felt the need to help her. I.. don't know why. I'm just glad we're gone... I'm.. sorry, Nyx." For a quick second, he had an ashamed look on his face, but it quickly vanished. He quickly reverted back to his blank face.

Tain placed his hand to his chin, absorbing the information. He glanced back, where you could just make out a small clearing where the house was. He turned back.
"I see. But, so now where are we heading, you have any big revenge issues we could take care of, for old time's sake." Tain smiled, hoping Dyrza would remember the time the two of them slaughtered a village out of revenge, back when they had no concept of right and wrong.

OOC: Please don't make new threads in the future without first asking an admin. It might seem foolish, but the party has a direction, and our story does not only include elves. (It's really not a big deal, but if everyone followed and made like, a million threads, it'd get confusing. So I'm asking this now. ) I'm just going to let this go now, but I wish you'd ask me in the future. Thank ye. BIC: Nyx shook her head patiently. "...humans and halflings are strange party members." she said calmly. "..but I think we should accompany them to this next town.." Tara was behind, with the others. She.. kinda wanted to bail, but... "..so.. do we ditch them on the next town, or stay?" "..I think we should stay.." Meri said. "..they're strong fighters, and I think we need all the help we can get." she frowned. "..but I can fight too, okay?"

Tain sighed.
"But why, they're humans with a Half-elf. Why in the world would you care for them of all people!?"
Tain couldn't understand Nyx's attachment. He would never get involved with such a sort, he expected Nyx and Dyrza to do nothing less, which is why her words suprised him.

Nyx frowned slightly. "..the half elf has a healing capability." she said in a hushed tone. "This is irregular, to say the least. Only full blooded elves are supposed to be able to do this." she paused. "..furthermore, she is an angelic. I would like to investigate this further.."

Dyrza didn't like the idea. He wanted to go. But, he was facinated that an angelic and an elf got together. He too wanted to understand more about it, but his will to want to leave was stronger. "This is crap. I want to go home. I thought you would too after being imprisoned in that camp for so long." Then it came rushing back to him. They didn't have a home anymore. He had forgotten. It was the reason that there wern't many Elves in the land anymore, and it was the reason that Dyrza and Tain went on a slaughter so many years before. He had forgotten in his travels. It was something he tried not to think about, and something he seemed to have forgotten.

Nyx turned in on him. Her eyes spoke what he had just been thinking. "Home to what, brother? The rubble that is now our cities? We have nowhere else to return to."
She shook her head, turning again. "...we have fighters with us this way. Even if I cannot stand most of them. We are both in danger, and it seems assasins have been sent for us."

Dyrza spit on the ground. Something uncommon for an elf unless enraged greatly. He turned to Nyx and in a calm, yet angry voice said "Are you insane Sister? I think you being locked up for so long had an effect on your common sence! We don't know these people! For all we know they could be assassins! The archers didn't attack them, although the mut did help us, it could have been to save her own skin.. I don't like the idea, what so ever!" His voice didn't raise as he spoke, but stayed at one level. It was a strange thing to hear, and somewhat funny sounding with the angry look on his face.

Nyx frowned slightly. She didn't respond immediately. Why was her brother shouting at her?
"...you are being a child." she said quietly.

"Whatever Sister. If they show any caution to you or us, I won't hesitate to kill them. And I hope your curriosity doesn't blind you to do the same. You lead the way.." He stuck his hands out infront of him, allowing her to pass.

She wasn't moving. He was really upsetting her, and she didn't know how to respond. She winced. "..we can.. do something else..." she said nervously. Nyx wasn't used to her brother being like this to her. She didn't understand why, or how she could figure it out...

"No, no. We'll accompany them to the next town. But our lives are in your hands now, sister." He was furrious, and it was obvious. He however, still did not raise his voice, but kept it at a low, calm volume. "Lead the way."

"I will follow you, sister. I trust you enough to make the right choice, but I will keep one hand on my sword at all times.. Please, lead the way for us." Tain remained quiet as he watched Dyrza and Nyx argue. He had known Dyrza since they were both children, and he had seldom seen him so hard on his sister. Normaly they were closer than Tain and Dyrza were, much closer. It was certianly an odd sight to see.

There was a pained expression in her eyes that did not fade as she turned to return to the main party. Her chest ached. He was angry. She could feel that he was angry.
He was being so hard on her..
When they met with the main group again, Tara frowned a bit. "Hey. What's up?" she asked. "You just left."
Nyx shook her head, silent. She wanted to leave..
