"Why are they shooting at us?" she whimpered. "It was just detention!"
They were firing now. They'd opened fire on them...

"It's because they're dicks!" He yelled over the gunshoots, ducking down into an empty hallway and pulling her down with him. He got to his feet quick enough, they never went this crazy with him. Not even when he escape, and they really went insane then. He knew the hallways, and the vents. The vents would be too risky, if they pinned them down they would be caught, so it would be the open hallways. Maybe if the got to the dorms, other students would be there and they would be fighting back. Numbers counted in fights like this.

She touched her shoulder where she'd been shot. She was bleeding..
"..They've never shot at me before." she said shakily. "Whats.. why?"
"They went down near the Library!" someone was yelling.
"So bring them back." their teacher said. "Preferably alive."

"Do you need me to kiss it or something?" He hoped not, that would be gross. Shit! They should not be talking, where was common sense? He clapped a hand over her mouth and tugged her along, deeper. Maybe if they found a window or something they might be able to get out. And when did the school get all these books?

Her eyes were watering. She was scared..
"Lillith. If you get up, come with us, you know it'll be okay. Besides, you've been shot. How well will you do with an infection like that?"
Lily was shaking. They were close..
"Are you going to drag her down with you, Clyde?" he added. "Not very responsible, is it?"

"Bite me, prick." Honest answer at the very least, he was sliding down the rows, looking for feet. There was a few, but not many. At least not compared to what he thought there was going to be. Clyde kept a tight hold on Starry, he did not want to loose her, this was their chance for rebellion after all, and every hero needed a girl at the end.

The chairs moved from the desks; it seemed that the library was emptying.
Lillith stood a little. "..I can stall them." she whispered. "You run."

He shook his head in reply to that on, to hell with letting her do any more than she had. She had to get out of here, Clyde new it. Maybe she thought herself dead already, but he had yet to even think of it. They would get out, and he would kick some teachers asses. Good thing he had decided to wear his clothes today instead of the school's cruddy uniform. It hit him, he felt something... odd. That was the only way to describe it. He had to get her out of here, this was the time he had been waiting for was it not? The students could rebel and they could all get their freedom now. But still, this feeling was new, he felt longer, or bigger maybe, like he could reach further than he should be able to.

"..they're allowed to leave whenever they want.. but I've never been outside before." she said quietly. "..they all hate me."
The library was empty except them and the other teachers. "..we're in trouble.."

"All teachers hate all students. Fact of life." He closed his eyes, what the hell was he going to do to get them both out of this? He could not even look somewhere without seeing a book. What were they even worth? He was getting angry and he knew it, without even noticing it he sparked a fire when his finger rubbed a book. That was a hell of an idea right there. Paper and electricity equaled fire, and books were basically stock piles of paper. Looking down at what he had just done, almost in shock, he smiled. Clyde had a dangerous idea. A stupid idea. A very fun idea possibly. He felt the books, the desk, the shelves, he knew that was what he was feeling, now if only he could understand why he felt them. The shelves and desk did not matter, it was only the books that he needed. He focused on the books, a few around him lifted up when he took a deep breath then settled back down. That was very different. Now he understood why he felt like he could reach things he could not possibly reach. Maybe that was how she knew something bad was going to happen? Maybe she could tell him when he would die and how. Maybe he did not want to know that right now though. Getting back on track, he focused on pulling the books towards them, lighting them on fire with the one that already was and lighting a few others by himself to help speed the process up. Now he had weapons too.

She was watching in horror. No. This was.. this room was where she got her solace, everything.. one of these shelves had books she'd actually written on it..
"You're crazy!" she hissed. "You- ugh.." there was a loud noise, and she fell against him. Behind her, someone in gear stood, having clocked her over the head with his pistol.

Crazy did seem to fit him, but Clyde had no idea why she was spazzing out now. He noticed she fell on him, dead-weight. He turned, his voltage showing in his eyes now. The fuckers. He threw a book at the shit head, better aim than sported in the lunch room. But now he knew he could control objects—he would not miss again. He started to pinpoint other people in the room, hoping they were all teachers, and threw what he could. Now was his only chance. He picked up sleeping beauty and started to run to the door with everything he could; he could feel objects so no need to look where he was going so he spent that time looking for more targets. They would die for what they did, imprisoning them with no right, torturing them, shooting the students. Everything they did would be held against them now, he swore to it. Now was time for his revenge.

They were falling, and losing. Lillith was losing a lot of blood. She would need medics.
In the hallway, the students stood in front of the library, faces set as if they had some purpose. All of them there, like a small army, watching for the door.
They were going to try to stop them.
"..The more you fight." his teacher said. "The more it will hurt.."

"You're right, so why don't you give up now?" Clyde snared at them. Who knew medicine? All he new was a little bit of first aid and CPR, he was sure this was out of the range for both.

"She'll bleed to death if you take her from here." he answered. "You know that. Can you be responsible for her death?"
