Edan turned around "He did, alot. The scars still hurt" He stood up off the bed and walked around for a bit. "He always loved to find new ways to hurt me when I didn't listen to him."

"..then.. then why did we let him just go?" she answered. "He- we should have stopped him!"

"I..I know..I wanted to" Edan said quietly "I was just scared, I couldn't think of anything else to do. Do you have any idea, what we could do?"

"..well.. maybe if we went for a walk, we could find him.." she frowned. "..he probably has someone else working for him like that.. and.. it's wrong, Edan.. I'd stop him if I could..."

"If you think that is best" Edan said "We could go now?"

She nodded, already standing at the door. "Everyone else is out or sleeping. We might as well. Come on." she smiled, held out her hand.

Edan sighed, walked towards the door. Grabbing Meri's hand as they left. "Which way should we go?" He asked nervously. He really didn't want to do this, though Meri was right. He could be doing the samething with someone else and he was not going to allow someone else to go through what he did.

Meri shook her head, going down the street with him. "..I dunno. I bet he'd be easy to find. A lot of people would remember someone who looked scary like that."

Tain nodded to Tara. He was fine talking to strangers, Dyrza, and Nyx. But, he didn't like this group. He felt they kept too many secrets, and that if he was to be traveling with them their secrecets should be revieled. He at times attempted to enter their minds, and succeded. But he left because it too, felt wrong.

Tara nodded. "..yeah." she said slowly. "So.. great. When you guys are done being all goth and stuff, maybe we can discuss a plan of action or what we're going to do."
She closed the door softly.
"..what's a goth?" Nyx muttered.

Dyrza shrugged and Tain let out a sound like a wounded animal that was trying to repress his pain. "I'unoh" he said.
Dyrza leaned against the wall, and he asked Nyx. "So, how long to you plan to say? We're at the town. We have no obligation to stay with these infer-... these people. I don't know why we don't leave tonight."

Nyx sighed. If they really wanted to leave...
"..in the morning. I don't care.."

Dyrza cocked a grin. Tain was beaming, while he lived with humans he couldn't stand them. He wanted to go somewhere too. Somewhere where he could be himself, be free, be alive. Dyrza couldn't help but be happy either. He too wanted to be free. He wanted to be able to go into a forest, feel everything that was around him. Every single time a spider was killed. Every time a colony of ants moved back to their hill. Every time a a squrille dropped a nut from the top of a tree, every movement and every breath of the trees themself. He wanted to be back there again. While he had grown attatched and enjoyed to see the halfelves body, he would gladly give her up to be where he belonged once again. "Morning it is." His grin turned to a broad smile.

Nyx sat down where she was. She'd been imprisoned for a long time with humans, other creatures, elves.. everything. And she was still silent.
But this agreement was not one she accepted, and she didn't know why...
There was a knock on the door then.

Dyrza was the closest to the door, seeing he was leaning against the wall beside it. He reached over and pulled the handle, and throwing the door the other way to open it.
